Brown-butter, triple-chocolate cookies

Please note: the brownies and blondies are made in a kitchen that frequently uses nuts, sesame seeds, dairy (milk), eggs, soya, and gluten products. Some of the ingredients we use are packaged in an environment that handles nuts, peanuts, sulphur dioxide, sulphites, milk, wheat, barley, oats and sesame.
