Shelf Life

Your brownies and blondies should last for 7 days from the day they arrive in ambient conditions, or 10 days if you pop them in the fridge (which we recommend). You can freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Please see below the ingredients for each brownie and blondie. Any of the main food allergens will be highlighted in bold.

Please note: the brownies and blondies are made in a kitchen that frequently uses nuts, sesame seeds, dairy (milk), eggs, soya, and gluten products. Some of the ingredients we use are packaged in an environment that handles nuts, peanuts, sulphur dioxide, sulphites, milk, mustard, wheat, barley, oats and sesame.

Batter

Flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1)), dark brown sugar, butter (milk), egg, caster sugar, sultanas (sultanas, sunflower oil), toast purée (wheat Flour [with Calcium, Iron, Niacin (B3) and Thiamin (B1)], water, yeast, salt, vegetable Oils (rapeseed and sustainable palm), soya flour, preservative: calcium propionate; emulsifiers: E472e, E481; ascorbic acid (vitamin C), earl grey tea, salt, spices, raising agent:(E450 (diphosphates), E500 (sodium carbonates)), maize starch).

Carrot Cake Blondie

Batter

Flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1)), dark brown sugar, butter (milk), egg, caster sugar, dried apricots (apricots, sunflower oil, sulphur dioxide), carrots, salt, spices, raising agent: (E450 (diphosphates), E500 (sodium carbonates)), maize starch).

Caramelised white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla), condensed milk (milk, sugar), butter (milk), mini eggs (sugar, cocoa butter, dried skimmed milk, cocoa mass, whey (milk), lactose (milk), butter oil (milk), tapioca starch, emulsifiers (soya), caramelised sugar syrup, vanilla flavouring, plant and vegetable concentrates (beetroot, safflower, spirulina) colour (curcumin).

Campfire Canoodle Brownie

Batter

Ingredients: butter (milk), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithins (soya), natural vanilla flavouring), caster sugar, egg, flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1)), light brown soft sugar (cane molasses), cocoa powder (cocoa, potassium carbonate), salt.
